Mr. Hullihan enjoys a comprehensive approach to the creative processes that leads his clients to achieve the highest potential for their projects.  He believes firmly that a synergy between client and architect will develop as they, together, seek higher ground and discover an architectural vision that neither could have reached alone.

Two prestigious journals have published Mr. Hullihan’s work.  The Journal of Library Sciences acknowledged the Palm Beach County Library System and Timothy Hullihan for achieving the high-standard of design excellence at Jupiter Branch Library in 2005.  The 2006 addition of The Classicist included several excerpts from an article written by Mr. Hullihan in which he explains the merits of a design proposal from Michael Graves and Associates for a new central library for the City of West Palm Beach.
