More than half of Timothy Hullihan’s resume consists of projects for various governmental agencies.  His project list includes end-users that range in diversity from the Department of State and the U.S. Navy at the federal level to local towns and villages in his home county of Palm Beach, Florida.  From this broad base of experience, Mr. Hullihan has a deep understanding of the unique set of opportunities and obligations that are typically tied to government projects.  He has developed a highly refined process for achieving the greatest results within tightly defined project parameters.

Glenn Hill, CPE, U.S. Department of State, recently wrote to Mr. Hullihan to say, “Even with the tight budget restraints you were up against, you never lost sight of the customer’s needs.  Our office receives many compliments on the keen architecture.”

Edward M. Eissey, former Mayor of the Village of North Palm Beach, thanked Mr. Hullihan in a recent letter for his “diligence and forethought in delivering a great addition to our Village.”

The design process Mr. Hullihan employees begins with a thoughtful and comprehensive examination of the project scope, budget and client expectations that is intended to assist the client reconcile these sets of goals that often have unintended differences.  The process ends by delivering a project that not only satisfies the inherent obligations to cost and scope, but exceeds expectations for architectural quality.
